Return/Refund Policies
Store Return/Refund Policies:
Haugen Handgun Leather is confident that you will be totally satisfied with the quality craftsmanship, fit and function of all of our products. We do not stock merchandise and each holster is made to order. Consequently, we accept returns ONLY if merchandise is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. We will then replace your purchase or refund your money on any holster products within five business days of your receipt and personal inspection providing the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging and box.
We cannot accept returns of any customized and/or special order items.
Postage and shipping costs of your purchase are non refundable unless the return is a result of our error. There will be a 15% service charge and restocking fee on all returned items.
In the event that damage occurs while in transit to the customer, please notify us immediately. If the damaged item(s) is to be returned for replacement, please also (if possible) return the original shipping container with the item.
